The office mission is to help our patients achieve their health goals and physical achievements through the latest hands on therapy techniques available. We focus on correcting the causes of pain, muscle injury, nerve disorders, and spinal related conditions. Our goals are to get you going, not keep you coming!

Dr. Catoggio uses Active Release Techniques (ART) as his primary mode of treatment. This groundbreaking therapy is different than any form of Physical Therapy, Massage, or Chiropractic technique. It has often succeeded when other forms of treatment have failed. Many patients seek the care of Dr. Catoggio due to the use of this technique, and his years of experience providing it. Conditions that form from overuse, repetitive strain, trauma, and sports all respond favorable to Active release Techniques (ART).

Besides Active Release Techniques (ART), our facility offers a wide variety of other treatment options so that each case is treated differently. Chiropractic Services including light touch care and specialized tables. Spinal Decompression Traction Therapy, for lumbar and cervical spinal disc related conditions.

Other seperate on site treatments available include Physical Therapy, Medical Trigger Point Therapy, Nutritional Therapy/ Weight loss, Wellness care. Offering a wide variety of health services gives our patients a chance to achieve more positive results.
